How to order:
We can take your order via an online secure server or by phone at +1(347) 615-7810 or via email ID- firstname.lastname@example.org. We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, VISA and MasterCard, PayPal, Western Union transfers, Money grams, or Bank Wires/Swift Mails.
Should you wish to make a return you may do so provided you notify us within 1-2 days after receipt of your instrument and/or accessories except on custom instrument orders. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. There are no returns for custom ordered instruments, defective items will be replaced upon receipt of the original item. Please save your packing for returns, instruments must be received in good condition and any damage from improper packing or handling will not be refunded. Shipping costs both to and from the buyer are not refundable in any case.
Custom or Special orders:
There are no returns for custom or special ordered instruments unless defective. Custom designed instruments require full payment up front. Delivery can be expected as per time taken for its custom making. Please consider this when requesting a custom designed Instrument. You will be regularly updated as to the status and stages of your custom order while it is being made.
Out of stock:
If a regular in-stock instrument is out of stock, we require a 50% deposit to make & secure it for you. If you do not wish to put a deposit down then we will notify you when It is made for stocks.
The customer has to check the shipment package at the time of delivery by the freight company, so that there is no damage to the shipped instruments. If found damaged, should be informed to the freight company’s delivery person immediately and take pictures to accompany a letter of damage to them (a copy sent to us). Further as stated, you agree to assist us with any insurance claims by providing details, pictures, etc. as necessary on damaged shipments. Please note that damage is extremely unlikely due to our professional method of packing!
International orders for instruments are shipped directly to you from us in USA via FEDEX. In most cases shipping charges overseas for instruments are calculated by actual or volumetric weight of the shipment and varies from country to country. The price does not include any duties, Taxes etc. levied by your country, these fees are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing an online order for destinations outside USA. We require a full address with a phone number for shipping. There are no returns/guarantees for overseas instrument shipments. Defective items will be replaced by us, only depending on the circumstances.
All stringed instruments sent overseas require special wooden or fiberglass flight cases with covers for shipping without exception!
We are making our instruments from the finest standards of raw materials available in the world. Please note that model pictures can have slight variations in color or decoration. These are handcrafted items, after taking utmost precautions while making a without a mark or two will appear. If this is an issue for you, please consider this before ordering! Finishes are made from French Shellac and so are highly sensitive to heat and impressions, Our policy on damage does not apply to minor finish problems. Also our stringed instruments are shipped in fiberglass/special wooden cases and in some instances there may be marks on but we have kept this to a minimum by using special care polishes/oils etc.
Every precaution is taken by us, from air shipping to packing materials to preserve and securely deliver your instrument to your door steps. We are the oldest in business and have decades of experience in exports!
